Once the clip is removed, the sharp steel blade can cut any seatbelt. While protecting your eyes, and push the black cylindrical part of the resqme® against a corner of a side window until the steel spike is released and breaks the window. The steel spike releases 12 pounds of pressure to break any tempered glass.
